The result is Tribe | connect, share, inspire, the Intesa Sanpaolo platform that launched in September 2022, which today features 8 different professional and interest-based communities, each with its own look & feel and its own identity. With around 10.000 subscribers and 1.000 editorial pieces in just over a year, Tribe was selected as one of the most innovative projects to support Intesa Sanpaolo’s candidacy in the Global Innovator category at the Quorus Banking Innovation Award 2022, and was a finalist at the PoliMi HR Innovation Award 2023.
